My name is Caroline Ruivo and I am Portuguese-Canadian. I have a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Psychology from York University as well as a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Developmental Psychology and Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto.
In previous years, I have been a Research Assistant for the Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect (SCAN) Program at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. I have also been a Senior Counsellor for the York Region District School Board (YRDSB)'s Summer Institute Program.
As a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Coach, I am passionate about promoting resilience, creativity, and helping clients find beauty in everyday life.
